🎯Ultimately, the requirement is to be not only well-provisioned but, above all, medically prepared for illness and injury for approximately 200 days on board. 🩺

Of course, there could still be situations where the supplies on board would not be sufficient or where you can no longer care for yourself, but it is precisely such situations that must be meticulously prevented. 📝✅ How?

Through proper nutrition🍊🥘, prudent behavior on board, avoiding unnecessary risks whenever possible⚠️, AND a well-stocked medical kit in case a medical problem arises despite all precautions. 🩹💊💉
